High School Plays, then and
now.
The annual school play is performed
the first Friday and Saturday of March each year.
The students are not only actors,
but they work backstage as stage managers,
lighting and sound operators, costumers,
property persons, stage crew,
ushers and ticket sales persons.
Mirth and Mayhem
To be performed March 3 &
4, 2006.
Mirth and Mayhem, by Peter Walker, is a full-length
comedy/thriller
about a group of teenage girls who make a bet
to spend the night
in a haunted house where three murders have occurred,
one every 50 years on the same night. There
are some boyfriends
thrown into the mix, along with a television
movie crew,
and two jewel thieves. The tickets are
$5 in advance and $6 at the door.
The show begins at 8 p.m. in the high school
auditorium and lasts about 2 hours.
